This two hour session is an introduction to the sport of field hockey. Players will learn the basic fundamentals of the sport such as equipment use, ball control, hitting, driving, passing, shooting and game setup. Instruction can and will be adapted for those players who have experience in the sport. All girls with an interest in the sport should attend and explore all it has to offer.
