WHEN: Tuesdays & Thursdays, May 17 - July 7 (8 Weeks)
WHERE: Varied Local Routes; Locations TBA Weekly
TIMES: 5:30 PM - 6:30 pm
COST: $45/participant; Includes T-Shirt

Have you always wanted to be able to say “I FINISHED A 5K”?
It is our belief that no matter your pace or the time it takes, to cross the finish line is a huge accomplishment. We want to help get you there! The instructors have chosen a 3-day per week running training schedule. Two days you will be with instructors with the third day being on your own. The days you are with instructors will be in a group setting where we will follow a walking and running schedule that will help build you up to a 5K race in 8 weeks! The ending of this program coincides with the Kennebunk Library 5K Race on Friday, July 8. (Registration and cost for this race will be on your own) Join with a friend, your teen or on your own! Working toward your goal will require some progressive cross training on off days as well. Min: 10
